For the SR-IOV
case, there is no "ibm,dma-window". The original commit: b1fc44eaa9ba,
fixes the path where memory is pre-mapped (direct mapped) to the DDW.
When TCEs are direct mapped, there is no need to initialize IOMMU
tables.

iommu_table_setparms_lpar() only considers "ibm,dma-window" property
when initiallizing IOMMU table. In the scenario where TCEs are
dynamically allocated for SR-IOV, newly created IOMMU table is not
initialized. Later, when the device driver tries to enter TCEs for the
SR-IOV device, NULL pointer execption is thrown from iommu_area_alloc().

The fix is to initialize the IOMMU table with DDW property stored in the
FDT. There are 2 points to remember:

1. For the dedicated adapter, kdump kernel would encounter both
default and DDW in FDT. In this case, DDW property is used to
    initialize the IOMMU table.

2. A DDW could be direct or dynamic mapped. kdump kernel would
initialize IOMMU table and mark the existing DDW as
"dynamic". This works fine since, at the time of table
initialization, iommu_table_clear() makes some space in the
DDW, for some predefined number of TCEs which are needed for
    kdump to succeed.","2024-04-04T09:15:00Z",{"cvss_v3.1":10
"UNCHANGED","3.1",4.4,"LOCAL","MEDIUM","CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","NONE","LOW","HIGH",false,[22],"CWE-476",[24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31],"cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc2:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc3:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc4:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:5.18.18:*:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:*:*:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc5:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc1:*:*:*:*:*:*","cpe:2.3:o:linux:linux_kernel:6.8:rc6:*:*:*:*:*:*",[33],"Linux Linux Kernel",[35,36,37,38],"https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/09a3c1e46142199adcee372a420b024b4fc61051","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/5da6d306f315344af1ca2eff4bd9b10b130f0c28","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/7eb95e0af5c9c2e6fad50356eaf32d216d0e7bc3","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/d4d1e4b1513d975961de7bb4f75e450a92d65ebf",0.22,0.0022,0.12371,null
"2024-04-04T15:11:41.135555Z","no","partial","none
"CISAv1/E:N/A:N/T:P/M:H/2026-10-25T17:39:42.976461/","track_star","medium","60D",[54
"Exploitation for Privilege Escalation","attack_vector",[58],"privilege-escalation","T1068",[
30,"http://web:8606/api/articles/?page=2&sorted_by=-published_at",[65,72,80,88,95,102,109,114,121,128
"PHP2Shell: Two Critical RCE Flaws in PHP (CVSS 9.2)","Unauthenticated code execution demonstrated on WordPress, Drupal and Joomla, and reproduced in our lab.
